How Our Guides Are Made

We want to be upfront about this: KoreaSpots guides are drafted with AI tools, then checked before they go live. Here's what that looks like:

  • Drafting — an AI model writes each guide from public information about Korean food, neighborhoods and travel logistics.
  • Automated review— a second AI reviewer checks the draft before publishing, looks up key facts on the web, softens or removes claims it can't confirm, and holds back drafts with clear errors.
  • Photos — sourced from the Korea Tourism Organization, Naver, Pexels and Unsplash, credited with a link to the source, and screened by an image model so they match the section they illustrate.

What we don'tdo: we haven't visited every place in person, and a mention of a Korean TV show such as Saengsaeng Jeongbotong or Saengsong Today is context, not proof of quality.
